Return and Exchange Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items:

• Items marked as final sale or part of special promotions.

• Undergarments, including innerwear and bodysuits, for hygiene reasons.

• Specific products from specific brands.

• Customized or personalized items.

3.⁠ ⁠How to Request a Return/Exchange:

• State your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return or exchange.

• For Riyadh-based returns, our local courier partner (Processor Dimensions LLC.) will assist with pickup if applicable.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

6.⁠ ⁠Exchanges:
